Bikram Yoga should be practiced on a regular basis. Come as often as you can.
There is no need to book or reserve a place in the yoga class.
Every class is suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners - people of all levels and experience practice together. All you need for class is a mat, a towel and some water so Start Today. (Mats and towels are available to hire at the studio)

Most of our classes are 90 minutes long and start promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend that all students remain in the yoga room during the yoga class, please prepare and plan to stay for the entire duration of the class.
